Dear Parents,
Thank you for registering your child for Visitors Day! We're excited to welcome them into our classrooms for a fun and engaging day. Here are a few details to help you prepare:
1. Drop Off: Please walk your child in at 8:00 AM and take a moment to say hello to their teacher before heading off to enjoy your day!
2. Dress for the Weather: Students will spend time outside for PE and recess, so make sure they wear comfortable tennis shoes and bring a jacket if the weather is cool.
3. Check in with the Teacher: If there’s anything important the teacher should know, feel free to share it during drop-off.
4. For Incoming Kindergarteners (Aug. 2025): Parents, please plan to pick up your child at 12:30 PM after lunch, as all Kindergarten activities will conclude at that time.
5. End-of-Day Pick-Up: The school day wraps up at 4:15 PM—get ready to hear all about your child’s experience when you pick them up!
